Good Year Mud Runner review

The Good Year Mud Runner is an excellent all around tire.

Pros: Measures true to height, cleans well, pushes through mud instead of digging, wears very well, ride very smooth on the trail, does very well in sandy conditions

Cons: No side lugs, lack of size availability(27" max), not very deep lugs for serious mudding(about 1"), a little on the expensive side for what they are

The Mud Runners would be an excellent choice for someone who likes to ride the trails and does occasional mudding. This tire would be a # two choice in an all around tire category with only the Outlaw MST being my number one choice. The Mud Runner would be a good 50%trail and 50%mud tire. Don't let the looks of it fool you because it will surprise you in how well it will do in the mud and sand.
